At CustomJoyGift, we craft every item with care. Please note that your package's journey involves two steps:

Production & Processing Time: Your custom item is designed and embroidered to order. This takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Shipping Transit Time: Once shipped, the carrier delivers the package according to the table below.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time (1-3 days) + Shipping Transit Time

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Returned shipments due to invalid addresses will require reshipment at the customer's expense.
