Q: Are the colors on the site accurate?

Q: How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for orders over $79.99 (before tax).
Q: How do I track my order?
Log in to your CustomJoyGift account, go to My Orders, and select your order number. You’ll also receive a delivery confirmation email once your order is on the way. Need help? Email service@customjoygift.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Contact us immediately at service@customjoygift.com. If your order has already shipped, a restocking or delivery fee may apply.
Q: Can I change the item, color, or pattern after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly update it. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time includes:

Q: Can I return an item if I simply don’t like it?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if you’re not fully satisfied. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items not in their original condition
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
